CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Early Check-ins cannot be accommodated at this property 
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1319
- There will be a starter supply of toiletries available for you at the property. If any additional items are needed during your stay, please visit a local store
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Bag up all trash and put into the outside trash can
- Please place dishes in dishwasher and turn on
- Pile towels and wash cloths in bathroom
- Leave used beds unmade
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Directions for connecting to the WIFI network are located on the router, on the table beside the fireplace. 
- Note: this is the best internet available in this area, though the connection is not especially strong.
- If you experience connection issues please try the following: Locate the reset button on the router. Press and hold this button for 15 seconds, which will reset the router and often times help the connection

- The property does have a very steep driveway, please plan accordingly
