• Cabin is beautiful, cleaning could be better.

  The cabin is beautiful. And a decent location from town.

  Definitely could use a little more TLC though, and updating.

  As for the cleanliness of the cabin.. surface cleaning at best.

  Truly needs some deep cleaning done.

  I found a pair of panties and bra under the side table in the bedroom ( moving it out to plug in a baby monitor) from a previous guest, if that tells you anything about the cleaning.

  The drive way is in need of repair, but we have driven up way worse when staying in TN.

  We had no trouble getting up it and through the rutted parts in any of the vehicles we took up there. (Truck, suv and mini van.)

  I understand wanting to have security- but 5 cameras felt like we were being watched all the time. They state for “our safety” I didn’t get that at all. More like an invasion of privacy. Because of the placement of a couple… 1 outside garage, that’s fine, understandable even, but 1 inside the garage, little creepy.

  We’ve stayed at a lot of rental cabins in the area and never had that.

  I do hate to complain. We usually always make the best out of any situation, so we still enjoyed ourselves.

  This could truly be a gem if it was cleaned properly and given a little TLC.

  - The cameras are motion-activated and are in place for security and to ensure the property is taken care of. None of the cameras are inside the living areas of the cabin, and they do not record continuously. We apologize if there was any confusion.
  - The driveway has been repaired multiple times, but seasonal weather challenges make maintenance difficult. However, we're glad it didn't pose a significant issue for your vehicles.
  - We sincerely apologize for the items you found under the side table. This is not the standard of cleanliness we strive for, and we will address this with our cleaning team to ensure more thorough inspections.

• Don’t rent this property

  We have a few concerns on the cabin we are renting. There are no instructions in the cabin for the Wi-Fi unless we as in seven people have completely overlooked them. Two of the arcade machines don’t work. The water stands in the showers and doesn’t drain fast enough. The cabin has not been cleaned as there are cob webs and food on the table and pet food on/under the couch cushions. There is blood on the door leading to the garage. There is dog poop let all over the property outside. Animal poop in the house. The hot tub is unusable as the water smells moldy and there’s no chlorine in the hot tub. The sink in the kitchen has a smell as well. The extra blankets smell like moldy mildew. The driveway is ruddied out after the storm two weeks ago. We have picture's to send if needed about all the items mentioned.
