• The perfect Christmas getaway!

  This started out being just a shopping trip but our grown daughters and grand babies ended up going. The cabin had plenty of room and was laid out perfectly. The location was perfect! Easy with no heavy traffic! Would definitely stay here ago !

  The location was absolutely perfect but it definitely needed better cleaning. There was hair in the upstairs bathroom sink, spider webs in the upstairs jacuzzi, and my granddaughter found a pair of dirty underwear in the nightstand drawer downstairs. We also had ants in the kitchen. We bought spray but we were never able to get rid of them. The first thing we noticed when we first arrived was how

  dirty the porch’s/balconies were. They needed to be swept and the cobwebs knocked down. We still had a great time on our trip. But, I would suggest that the cleaning crew take a little more time doing their job. If they are going to charge a high price for a cleaning fee then they need to actually clean.

  - Due to a family emergency, our regular housekeeper was unavailable, and a backup cleaner stepped in but unfortunately missed some important details.
  - We are planning to power wash the porches and balconies and will conduct a thorough cleaning to bring the cabin up to our usual standards.
  - We are also addressing the issue of ants with pest control to ensure future guests won’t encounter this problem.

  The cabin has everything you’ll need for a short stay or a long stay. The hot tub was clean and perfect. The grounds were nice and so was the pool. We are super hot sleepers, so it was tough that the thermostat is locked. But there was a box fan in the bedroom closet, which did help for circulation. Overall, I would stay at this location again due to the cleanliness and convenience for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg activities.

• Perfect Location and Everything you Need!

  The Cabin had everything we needed as a family of 4 with kids 10& 12. It was minutes from all the fun but was far enough that it was quiet and relaxing. Would stay there again and would recommended to anyone looking for a quiet but convenient location to enjoy the area. Stairs into the lower level were fine for us but if you have young kids or walking issues you may want to take that into consideration. House was clean, smelled nice and was organized. Plenty of bedding, pillows, towels and extra blankets. Loved they had a Keurig Duo for both K-Cups and Full pots of coffee. Basic supplies are nicely stocked. Hot tub and jetted tubs all worked and always had hot water to fill them and shower! We only rent houses when we travel as we normally have more kids with and this has been the best one yet! Kudos to the owners and management!
