"Hi Mike, We’re sorry to hear that the water levels impacted your plans. Our listing notes that the dock is seasonal, with water levels managed by the TVA, which can lead to changes throughout the year. We hope you enjoyed exploring other natural spots around Sevierville and the nearby attractions in Pigeon Forge. Thank you for sharing your feedback!"
This is our 3rd time at this property and I couldn't recommend it more! The lake water level had dropped during this visit which made for a sketchy descent to the dock, it it was doable. This property is one of our favorite weekends of the year. Thanks so very much, and see you next year!
