- Please note that early check-ins cannot be accommodated at this time
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. In order to receive the code, the reservation holder must email a copy of their state driver’s license to the Guest Contact, Dan Shook, at shook9047@gmail.com
- Please email Dan at least 3 days prior to your reservation
- There is an alarm system in the house. The alarm code is 9047. Immediately open the door, walk over to the alarm which is on your right side (diagonally), top of the stairs that lead to the lower level
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please note that late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all used beds unmade - no need to strip beds
- Place all used towels/washcloths in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
