I would definitely rent this one again. The home is very nice and the enclosed garage was an added bonus especially during the rain. You will need to climb some stairs but our 85 year old mother who had had a knee replacement this past May handled them fine. The three bedrooms, three baths were perfect for each of the three of us. The home was so close to everything we got to see a lot. Because of the storm we would have extended our stay by three more days but it wasn’t available so we had to go elsewhere but I’d definitely suggest everyone to rent this one, you won’t be disappointed.

It's a very comfy home to stay in. All the rooms were super nice. It's a nice neighborhood as well.
The house is nice in general, but needs attention in some areas, just make sure these were solved before renting: the 2nd story bathroom seems to be leaking through the masters and mold could become a concern. The sheets could be washed better, in fact one of the rooms the sheets were dirty and it had a big dry spot that smelled like pee, but the bedding still looked like it was neatly done, except that the sheets were not washed, the rest of the beds had some hair. The towels could also be washed better, so bring some bleach if you want them nicely clean, since I didn’t trust anymore I washed all linen and towels before using, luckily they had wash and dryer. Also the floors are very noisy, they sound at every step, so if you want to stay up late at night and the rest of the family wants to rest, they will hear every single step, especially in the dining room.

Needs better prep. Had only 3 mugs for 5 people. No blanket in front bedroom. No paper towels. No iron. Couldn’t get gas logs to work. Blinds in upstairs bath couldn’t be closed (no rod). No guest soaps in bath.

We chose this house to stay because it was close to everything but at the same time it was pretty secluded. Everything in the house worked great and the size was perfect for our family!
