CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Early Check-ins cannot be accommodated at this property 
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 2464
- The code will not work until the 4:00 PM check-in time, please reach out to dspropertysolutions20@gmail.com if you need to request an early check-in and they will let you know if they can accommodate.
- There will be a starter supply of toiletries available for you at the property. If any additional items are needed during your stay, please visit a local store
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Please place dishes in the dishwasher and start
- Pile towels and wash cloths in the bathroom
- Leave used beds unmade
- Bag up all trash and put into the outside trash can
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please double check to make sure you take all personal belongings. There will be a minimum $50 plus shipping fee for any item being shipped to guests. We will not be held responsible for any personal items left behind
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
