4/5 The cabin was nice, only issue is that the upstairs bedroom gets extremely hot. The a.c. unit doesn't support the upper floor. The fridge went out on us on the main floor, so we had to run back and forth downstairs for food and beverages. They did send someone out to check it out. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves. The location is great, close to everything.

It was an ok stay
3/5 Well when we first arrived the door handle to the side door deck was laying on the table. Could not use that door, also the refrigerator door handle was broken off too. The upstairs is really hot no air really goes up there. Then the downstairs was freezing. The carpet was really stained and dirty. The pool was closed for maintenance until the last day we was there. My granddaughter finally got to swim. The cabin is cute but it needs work and updated some. But overall was still a great vacation.
Fantasic place to stay
5/5 Absolutely great place to stay in pigeon forge! Great location, you feel very secluded but you’re less than 5 minutes from the main strip. Was Cleaned absolutely spotless when we arrived, and was very homey. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back to pigeon forge!
