  • smelled like dog pee

    This place smelled like dog pee so bad we could not use one of the rooms, we also had to drain and clean the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Between the hair on the shower walls, Dog hair on the couches and dirty ceiling fans this was a bad experience. i recommend a cleaning service and new flooring because the dog pee smell is terrible.

    Hi Jacob, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to share the following:

    -All carpets and upholstery were cleaned immediately after the home was vacated. The home was thoroughly cleaned by the owner. We have since removed the remaining carpet in the home, which should resolve any lingering concerns.

    -The hot tub was cleaned and refilled, and when the guest mentioned an issue, we suggested refilling it again. We provided an additional water hose for that purpose, and it appears the guest may have used it.

    -We made an effort to reach out to the guests during their stay to ensure they had everything they needed, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response from them.
