Spacious and Clean Stay, But Needs Privacy Upgrades"
4/5 The property was clean, spacious, and conveniently located within driving distance of all the activities we had planned. The temperature control was excellent, keeping us comfortable during an unexpected cold snap. However, there were a few issues: there were no shades or blinds in any of the rooms, which made it difficult to get dressed or feel completely comfortable at night due to the lack of privacy. The water pressure in the master bedroom was also quite low, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the garage could not be accessed from the outside. Normally, this wouldn’t have been an issue because of the spacious driveway, but with the very cold weather, it would have been nice to use it.Despite these minor issues, this was my first Vrbo experience, and it was overall pleasant. I’d stay here again, but I highly recommend adding blinds in the rooms for privacy and ensuring better water pressure.

Amazing Experience
5/5 Very nice property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Obviously new build. Missed some “comforts of home” but did not hinder stay. Will gladly stay again.

Pretty place for a weekend getaway!
5/5 Lots of windows, very pretty interior especially the kitchen! Close enough so we could walk to downtown Nashville and the Titans game! Ashley was very kind.

Perfect size, decent location from downtown
4/5 The Condo/House is large and plenty of rooms. Very clean when we arrived.Only downfall is not able to get food deliveries in the evenings.Quick uber rides to Broadway- 10 mins.
