Memphis Stay
3/5 Everything was nice and clean. There was an attempted break-in of my brother’s truck. The hot water lasted for a very brief period of time, make sure you ready to hop in and out of the shower! Seemed as though it was on a timer! The garage was not accessible and would have made things a lot easier. The lawn man came during the middle of our stay. Would have preferred he come before or after the stay. It was only a long weekend….so….home was nice, near and comfortable. Just those facts may be relevant for the next renter! Owner did communicate the landscaper was en route for the normal services.

- The garage is not available for guest use, which is noted in the listing, but we understand how this may have been an inconvenience during your stay.
- We did confirm with you ahead of time that the landscaper would be arriving during your visit, due to weather delays that made scheduling before or after your stay difficult.
- We’re sorry about the issue with the hot water and will be looking into that to ensure it works properly.
- While the neighborhood is very quiet and we haven’t had any issues, we're sorry to hear that wasn't your experience.

5/5 The property was nice and so was the neighborhood. The only problem we had was the water gets freezing cold in 2flat minutes of taking a shower. Other than that it was a very nice home
