  I reserved this property for family traveling into the city and they loved the property. It was close to nice restaurant spots, wasn't far from downtown where festivities were taking place, and there was plenty of space for them. They felt at home and had everything they needed.

  Firstly, the location of the house is great (next door to Graceland) and the host is very responsive.

  The house itself is in need of a major cleaning and refresh. We encountered food left on plates from a previous rental. Bed linens that were dirty (they may have been washed but it is time for new ones that are not stained).

  If you are only focused on location and your biggest focus is Graceland then this home will do. If you are looking for something clean then I would not recommend it.

  - The linens in the home are regularly inspected and replaced as needed to maintain high standards for cleanliness.
  - We were available to address your concerns the evening of your check-in and offered to come to the property to assist within an hour, but the offer was declined.
  - Following your feedback, we reviewed the video footage and confirmed that the linens were clean before your arrival. We are continually monitoring our home to see if items need to be replaced.

  The house was real nice just a few small things that could have been better but the house was spacious and very nice the patio was so nice had a great time

• Beautiful and Comfortable Home

  Comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped home. Very convenient to Graceland, and an easy drive to downtown Memphis to visit Beale Street and other points of interest. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Outside deck was a great plus for enjoying the nice weather and a place for those who smoked. We had three couples and each couple appreciated having their own bathroom. House was generally clean, especially those areas that matter most — kitchen, beds and bathrooms — but there is room for improvement in some areas where dust/dirt collects. The manager of this home, Toya, was extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. All in all, we were extremely pleased with our stay and the great value of renting this lovely home.

  Enjoyed the stay. Was on business and pleasure with my family and we enjoyed every bit and very convenient location especially to Graceland.
