- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located inside a condominium building. The code to enter the building is 5459, followed by the 'open' button on the keypad
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 3747
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately
- Please note there are two ways to access the basement level where the apartment is located:
1) Once in the building, there is a door on the right that will have steps that lead to the basement.
2) Alternatively - there is an elevator once in the building up the ramp (straight ahead) and to the right that goes down to the basement.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
