Holy peanut butter
4/5 Great place to stay cheaper than a hotel, clean and easy check in , the owner checked in with me the night I arrived , the neighborhood is in a transition phase , and felt safe. Good quantity of baking supplies to make a cake or peanut butter cookies

No heat, non responsive host
2/5 When we arrived there was left over food in every cabinet, in the fridge, and in the freezer. No heat in the house at all and the temp dropped below 55 degrees inside at night. Called and texted the contact number but got no response. Ended up buying a space heater in order to make it through the night.

-When the home was prepared for your arrival, all utilities were functioning, and no issues were reported during your stay. Evolve, our property management company, was not contacted, and the heater concern was only brought to our attention a week after check-out.
-We apologize for any inconvenience. While the kitchen does not contain leftover food items, a selection of seasonings is thoughtfully provided for guest use. These are neatly stored in designated cabinets to maintain a clean and welcoming space.
