Great location for UTK Parents
5/5 The house was perfect for our UTK graduation visit. We were really close to campus and had the Gay St. bridge been open, we would have been even closer. We wish we would have found this house 4 years ago when our daughter started at UTK. The neighborhood was so friendly! Great shopping, eating and nightlife. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch and our pre-dinner relaxing. Owners were responsive and lovely to work with.

Quick getaway with family
5/5 Clean and perfect for what we needed to do, one suggestion though is curtains or something over kitchen windows. It is a busy area.
