Fantastic weekend in Knoxville
5/5 Two families went to visit our UTK kids. Fun filled weekend enjoying all things University of Tennessee. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Loved the fire pit and used the grill too. Place was only a 15 minute drive to campus. Can’t wait to come back.

Good location in quiet part of town
4/5 The house was unimpressive from the street, but the inside looked to have been totally remodeled. The kitchen was very nice with lots of available cabinets. The back yard was great with a firepit for roasting marshmallows. Our only complaint was that for a property that slept eight, there was only room for four at the dining table.
