Great house, Great location
5/5 House is very nice and very clean. Host is very responsive, welcomed us, and asked us to contact him if we needed anything. Beds were comfy. There were 7 of us, and the house was just perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped, including spices. Snacks and coffee were there for us to enjoy too! We came for the dogwood festival. House was in a great location for us. In a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and newly redone property
5/5 Close to West Town mall area and convenient to Knoxville and surrounding areas. Nice towels and linens and clean look inside. Small patio if the weather is nice.

Amazing stay with super helpful property manager
5/5 We had an amazing stay, and the property manager made it even better! He was incredibly helpful and responsive. When we needed a lightbulb replaced and some extra linens and toiletries, he came by quickly and took care of everything. Communication was seamless—he was always quick to respond via text. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. Highly recommend this property, thanks to the fantastic management!
