Hard to beat
5/5 We stayed while attending a Knoxville wedding. Jeremy was a fantastic host. Easy check in. Responsive to all questions. The property is walking distance to Gay Street and parking was very convenient. The house has everything you would need for a stay. Beds were very comfortable. A real treat. Thank you. We will definitely recommend.

Big kitchen
5/5 This was a great house. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a wonderful time. There were only a few minor bits I would bring up. I texted prior to arriving asking if there would be a Keurig and was told there would be so we bought pods. There was no Keurig when we got there and I texted Jeff to ask where it was and got no response. Also it looks like when they clean after the last people they didn’t do a great job. The upstairs beds had dust on them and a used pair of contacts were on the nightstand. Just a little closer attention to detail would have been great. Also a few repairs like the curtain rod and the ceiling in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom would be good.

Thanksgiving
5/5 Great place! I would highly recommend! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds and linens were superb! Plenty of room for our 6. Location was close to everything. Will definitely book again!

Football weekend and friend visit
5/5 We stayed here with another family and their daughter. There was plenty of room and bathrooms and also a great location! We were there for a TN football game and visit with friends! We will come again!
