Our family of 4 stayed and it was great. The place was spotless. Such a cool history to these houses.

This small home allowed us to step back in time and reconnect with history. It is close to greenways and bike lanes that allowed us to bike virtually everywhere!
Cozy little place right next to downtown Knoxville. Its a very old place, and looks and feels it. But it served my purpose for a couple of nights. Jake, the property manager, is great and was always very prompt to respond to queries.
