  We stayed over the weekend to celebrate Christmas with family. Good location and neighborhood. Even had a big black bear come through. Pros: two big living spaces with the kitchen between. We had 7 adults and one small child so that was helpful. Enough yard to walk the dogs was also good.Driveway offered ample parking for 3 cars. The house worked really well for a party our size.Cons: the listing described 4 bedrooms with king beds. Unless king bed means something different in Tennessee, those aren’t all kings. It should be easy to get the description correct. Kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped. You have the basics just not enough of them for a 4 bed house. Be prepared. Beds were ok, pretty firm but the bedding leaves something to be desired. Especially the pillows so bring your own. Just a little bit more attention to detail, such as the huge light fixture blocking the couch view of the TV, makes this a 5 star property.

• Nice cabin, great location, lots of space

  Overall, it was a great stay. The cabin was big enough for 4 adults and 2 teenagers and a dog. We all enjoyed it and would probably book again. However, there were a few issues. The hot tub was dirty and about half full. I contacted the host and they cleaned it up the next day. Pretty good service. As some of the other reviews said, the beds are not king size. Probably full size. Not a huge deal either, but they should correct the listing. We cooked a few meals there and the kitchen was not well stocked, but we made do. The place was great for the price.

  There were several issues with this stay upon arrival. It was not as expected. The walls were marked up and dirty, as well as the floors. The hot tub was a complete mess and there was no privacy due to the lack of blinds and curtains. The beds were also listed as the wrong size. Along with dried contacts being found on a nightstand and blood on a wall. I was only given a guest contact, not a direct line to the host, and I only received one call from them after expressing our concerns when we arrived.

• Nice little getaway!

  Nice location near attractions. Very large rental with two big living spaces. We enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces. Beds were smaller than expected and only one TV in entire rental. I missed that it was pet friendly, I don’t usually stay in pet friendly rentals due to allergies. There was pet hair on the couches but we still had a great time.
