  The property is a good location. You can look out your window or sit on your balcony and see the whole strip. Pretty view.

  The down side of this place is...the inclune to it is steep. If you are in a wheelchair or have difficulty walking...it wouks be a challenge going up and down it. Even though it says WALK TO THE STRIP. The parking is a nightmare too. Oh my gosh...that parking lot is so snall. Bigger trucks or suvs or lg cars will have trouble. If you park on the rd coming UP, again, this will be a challenge. Its a nice place though. The studio ..we stated in is just really small. Pics looked way larger. Bed in living/kitchen area. No way to get away from one another.. if need be . And it had NO BALCONY.

  It was an ok place. I just thought id tell the negative of it. In case anyone needed to hear.

  2 adults, 2 nights, 3 towels… no services that provides extras. No cable TV, otherwise room was ok. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, no way to vent it.

  Owner's response: "Shannon, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
  - We wish that you had contacted us for any of your needs while you were on the property. We do what we can for each guest as we want them to be comfortable and happy. We are not a full-service facility and apologize if this was not what you expected.
  - We provide each of our guests with three towels and washcloths if you wanted extras we would have done what we could. This is our normal procedure for a booking of two guests.
  - The TV works great we have not had any issues. We have a smart TV and it runs off of live TV and apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, and Fubu. We have had numerous guests who have enjoyed what we offer and have not had any issues.
  - This is the first complaint we have received about the exhaust in the bathroom. We have never had one and do not plan on installing one at this time.
  
  Thank you for reaching out, we always strive to keep our guests accommodated to the fullest. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

• Great studio!

  We stayed here the last weekend in October. It's a great location and very convenient to tourist attractions, but it sets on a hill so be prepared to walk uphill from downtown Gatlinburg. The place was very clean and tidy and in a quiet area. Great view of downtown Gatlinburg and hills from window (no deck). The pool water was very warm for end of October.

  Very nice room, clean and everything you need. Walking distance to downtown.
