4/5 The location of the property was nice. There were a few flaws with the cabin however. Cosmetically and functioning wise. And lady bugs and wasps alive and dead within the cabin.

5/5 Wife wife and I spent our anniversary weekend at this cabin.
It was great. Beautiful view of the Smokys from our hot-tub on the back deck. it was like paradise.
Definitely recommend.
Got up there and had no water and was told we couldn’t stay
2/5 We understand the circumstance but a forewarning or notification would’ve been nice we got there at 11 pm with three children and had to find a place to stay last minute which was almost impossible. I will never go through this place again. If you are looking for a friendly business who will welcome you and not have to worry if you have a place to stay this is not the place. Still waiting on refund. And we’ve had to reach out to them several times in order to get it. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing vacation turned into a nightmare… but thanks to Pigeon Forge Cabin Rental- they saved the day!!! The cabin was beautiful and had the friendliest people to work with on reserving the cabin. I recommend Pigeon Forge Cabin rental and this will be who we stay with from now on.

-We sincerely apologize for the challenges you encountered upon arrival. We had not anticipated that the hurricane’s aftermath would impact our property and guests to this extent. As soon as we became aware of the water issue, we promptly began notifying guests by phone. Our property management company, Evolve, has also received updates from the Webb Creek Water Authority, which we submitted for their reference.
