Clean and Comfortable Home Away from Home
5/5 We stayed at The Holiday Chalet for 4 nights. It was perfect for two sets of adults (with or without kids). Having two masters with attached bathrooms made getting ready so much easier. The house had all the essentials we needed and it was super clean! Loved that the host texted the morning of check-in with instructions and opened the lines of communication for the trip. The only downside was the road up to the cabin but that's totally out of the host's control and with more research I probably would have known what to expect better. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay, we felt safe and comfortable each night after a long day being tourists soaking in the mountain life. We also saw several bears in the driveway and strolling down the road.

Bonus that you got to see several bears in the driveway! And I do agree, the winding, steep, mountain road does take some getting used to for sure! Come winter, make sure you have a 4-wheel drive!."

5/5 We enjoyed everything. Saw 2 bears, they come around at 7:45 at night and 7:45 in the morning.
