Pet-Friendly Gatlinburg Cabin w/ Hot Tub!

  The cabin was super clean and very cozy. We couldn't have chosen a nicer place to celebrate our daughters surprise birthday party with family, friends, and of course our little puppy. Everyone enjoyed the large hot tub, the comfortable bedrooms, and large living area. The communication with Amy was beyond anything we have experienced. She called us before we left home and continued to do so (weather updates) until we arrived safely at the cabin. We would not hesitate to stay in this cabin in the future if it's available. Amy, you're the best!

  My family along with some friends surprised my daughter with a surprise birthday party at this cabin. We couldn't be happier with the entire process from making the reservation, and the communication with Amy. I can't imagine anything better than our stay here, bedrooms were nice, family room was plenty big for our group, and it has a large hot tub. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Now back to Amy, she contacted us before we had even left our home with weather updates for Gatlinburg, and continued to do so until we arrived safely. We have never had this happen, but greatly appreciate the effort from Amy to keep us updated. I could go on about Amy but I think my message is obvious, she's great! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  It is a great house tucked away in the mountains. It was such a roomy house for a multi family. We definitely will be back.

  Very close to local grocery store, gas station, and attractions. Far enough away to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee as well! I would recommend to anyone.

• Could have been better

  Washing machine was broke. Ended up having two ring out clothes that evidently the machine was already broken and had some sour water in the bottom of the tub that couldn't be seen as our clothes stunk. Send a technician out to fix it. They didn't wait for someone to come to the door and almost walked in on a naked woman. Someone had entered the cabin on two other days. How do we know those? Because we put the numbers on the keypad in a certain order and they were changed.

  We were not notified someone would be entering the cabin except for to fix the machine that was not fixed. And we told them Mama would be there resting. There were big black carpenter ants that got in our food all over the counter in the kitchen. There were pubic hairs in one of the bathrooms shampoo and conditioner and soap left behind in that bathroom, which leaves no imagination or question that it had not been cleaned. There were blood spots on the foot of the sheet on the same bed which leads to believe that bad had not had clean linens put on it. Kevin could have been cleaner and taken care of better. Location and layout was perfect to bring grandchildren to. Other than the cleanliness, issue with the washing machine, ants - all in all it was a good stay We are always prepared to deal with such as that so we bring extra stuff. Wasn't expecting to wash clothes out by hand or have sour clothes to have to wash again. Will we stay there again probably so if it's available, because it's not something that we couldn't deal with.

  It is a good place to be able to unplug not too far out not too far up. The view is not the best but we are from the country and we loved being able to see the wildlife walk in in the little low area and the kids to be able to run and run down there in the grass climb the little slope
