One block from the strip.
5/5 One block from the strip, excellent location to walk. King bed was comfortable. Bedspread was colorfully bizarre. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen is non existent, think dorm room kitchen with a dorm refrigerator. Nice den with awesome electric fireplace that looked and felt real. No view, don't expect to see anything other than the pool below and the rooms around you from the balcony ( its built in a horseshoe shape ). From the walkway outside the room you have a good view of the ski lift that goes up the mountain to the glass suspension bridge. We saw a dumpster diving bear one block away after seeing nothing on a 3 hour trip to Cades Cove. Saw three different bears on the strip downtown that night. I would totally stay there again. No complaints! Never had a problem parking on site and a lot of the parking is covered.

Fantastic location!
5/5 The building is not the newest but is pretty well maintained. The best part of this property is definitely is fantastic location and access to all things downtown Gatlinburg. The new bed was nice and slept well. Only downside for us was the extremely slow internet. If you’re looking for a low cost place to stay in town you will not find a better place than this. Host was perfect and a great communicator. We will be back.

Great location
4/5 Clean and cozy for a couple, very small but it was only 2 of us, only thing is the entire building is dated, bathroom could use some upgrades, but a ok stay . I would book again for a short stay.
