  Room was great. Encountered a few technical issues but the management company helped me resolve immediately with no hassle! Would highly recommend!

  Great location with easy access to everything. Room was very clean and decorated beautifully! Perfect for our family of three. Highly recommend would definitely book again!

• Awesome Condo

  We were so happy to have picked this condo. It was so cute and super clean. Everything worked perfectly. Walking distance to all downtown activities which saves a lot of money on parking. Noise was not a problem to us at all. Any communication was answered promptly. I would highly recommend this to all. We had a great time.

• Had trouble finding the place

  Couldn’t find the place at First there is a sign that says Laurel Inn Condominium at the front entrance it would have been helpful if it was mentioned in the directions to the condo and the walk to downtown was really far

The walk to the Gatlinburg Space Needle and Parkway is .4 miles (around 10 minutes), but we understand Gatlinburg's hills can make it feel a bit longer for some. Most Guests find our proximity to the popular attractions convenient, but your feedback is appreciated. We have confirmed the location pin on the listing is accurate. Our listing also includes a photo from the top of the building's back staircase showing the Space Needle in the background to help communicate the walking distance to the Parkway.
