4/5 The unit was clean and bedrooms are nice. The kitchen is small, making entire meals there is challenging but possible. Also, not a lot of living space for capacity: living room seating for 4 but sleeps 6-8. Note that the drive up/down the mountain is a good 15-20 minutes before you get to downtown Gatlinburg. It is high up there. You end up looking down on Ober Gatlinburg. But overall, nice unit.

Ski getaway
5/5 Tammy was so easy to communicate with, the place was exactly as listed. Has fresh clean towels and bedding, which was very comfy. The kitchen has all you need, beautiful views of gatlinburg. We took our kids skiing for the first time at Ober mountain, and this unit has an ideal view of it which was a surprise to us that we loved. Worth noting how great the view is in listing. Perfect little weekend getaway that slept 6, very cozy!

It’s possible the previous guest set the thermostat to 77°F before their departure, but it’s fully adjustable upon arrival to suit your comfort.
