I struggled with this review as the property is as described, the views are excellent and it really is a cute property. Our family of five didn’t feel cramped but I’m not sure I’d stay here again. There were a lot of small things that just felt overlooked- like a flip. The screen door was off the hinges. One of the doors to a patio has no way to lock it. While since you’re three floors up, someone getting in is not a concern but keeping children in, is. Many of the towels had staining and some were so worn they really should be taken out of rotation. There were no tissues anywhere, or extra blankets. While I’m grateful for the shampoo- it was expired. Three of the four TVs didn’t work and the one that did, did not have access to CBS, which I think is a main channel. We dropped a doll under the bunkbeds upstairs and there was popcorn and trash under them. Also if you stay upstairs beware- it is SO LOUD from the wind and also very warm.

Hi Amy, we want our guests to arrive at a property that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness and condition of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
– We're glad you enjoyed the views and found the home spacious and as described. A recent storm caused the screen door to come off track after the cleaning, and we've asked maintenance to fix it promptly. The patio door is secured with a wooden stick on the track for added safety. As for the wind noise and warmth upstairs, they can be common on upper levels. Guests are always welcome to use the thermostat to help balance the temperature. All TVs are working, though some do require app navigation. We're always just a call or text away and would’ve been happy to help during your stay.
– We stock blankets and linens to match the home’s maximum occupancy of six guests. Tissues aren’t listed among the included amenities, and our team is replacing the shampoo.
– We’ve followed up with our cleaners regarding the stained towels and debris under the bunk beds to make sure these details are taken care of for future visitors.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Your input helps us continue improving.
Great views, cute space, nerve racking drive to the top but worth it once you get there. One hot tubs heater was broken and pool was over loaded w kiddos but it was spring break so to be expected. There were a few spots in the space needing tweaked but overall we enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.

The unit was clean and bedrooms are nice. The kitchen is small, making entire meals there is challenging but possible. Also, not a lot of living space for capacity: living room seating for 4 but sleeps 6-8. Note that the drive up/down the mountain is a good 15-20 minutes before you get to downtown Gatlinburg. It is high up there. You end up looking down on Ober Gatlinburg. But overall, nice unit.

Tammy was so easy to communicate with, the place was exactly as listed. Has fresh clean towels and bedding, which was very comfy. The kitchen has all you need, beautiful views of gatlinburg. We took our kids skiing for the first time at Ober mountain, and this unit has an ideal view of it which was a surprise to us that we loved. Worth noting how great the view is in listing. Perfect little weekend getaway that slept 6, very cozy!

My family, along with friends decided to spend a weekend away from home and this location was perfect. Near all the things to do to keep everyone entertained and the views were amazing!
