- This 2-story condo is located on the 3rd floor and requires using an exterior staircase to enter. While it offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor, an additional interior spiral staircase is required to access the bedroom/loft on the 2nd floor

- The property is located in High Chalet Condos
- The name of the property is 'Ober the Moon'
- The unit number is 3304. When you pull into the High Chalet parking lot there are 3 separate units on your right. You will go to the 3rd building on your right. If you park directly across from the green dumpster, you will be looking at the correct building. Park near the steps on the left of the building and go up the steps on the left to the third floor. Your condo is the 2nd door with the sign that says 'Ober the Moon'

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Early check-ins cannot be accommodated at this property 
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 3838
- There is a key box beside the door with a physical key if the backup lockbox fails. Please reach out to the Guest Contact if you need to access this
- The game room is also accessible via keyless entry. The game room code is 1950.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Bag up all trash and put into the outside trash can
- Please place the dishes in dishwasher and turn it on
- Pile towels and washcloths in the bathroom
- Leave used beds unmade
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
