3/5 The stay was a nice getaway for us. We did have some moments, the gaming table did not work, the front porch where the hot tub was located could be cleaner. I sent a text to the manager but the number must not be for text because I never got a reply. There is no air flow on the top floor, so it was hot and a little uncomfortable to sleep. Some ceiling fans would be great! The chalet is cute, location was good, quick drive into town. Be prepared to sign in to your personal apps for tv, I don't like to do that so we didn't have much to watch. But if you do, its fine. No tv's in bedrooms, though. We did have a bear visit us on the porch, it tried to stand on the hot tub cover, and looked in the glass door, so that was fun. Also tried to get in my locked car so be smart and keep all your doors locked! I love Gatlinburg and haven't been in a couple of years so it was good to get back. Can't wait to visit again.
