CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
-  The home is accessible via keyless entry. The entry code is 6415 followed by the check mark button
- The code will not work until the 4:00 PM check-in time. Please reach out to PropertySense if you need to request an early check-in and they will let you know if they can accommodate
- If the code is not working, there is also a lockbox with a key in it. The lockbox code is 3355
- If you booked through Airbnb, please send an email to support@propertysense.net at least 3 days prior to check in with your name and booking dates. You will receive an email back from notifications@pointcentral.com with the entry code
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please turn thermostat to 70 degrees in the winter and 78 degrees in the summer
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
