- Drive up the hill past the big garage; the property is further up beyond this point
- Turn left onto the dirt driveway. This driveway serves multiple properties, so access to it is shared
- Continue on the driveway, heading to the top of the mountain
- The property's driveway is on the left, near the summit

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 3358
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Please wash and put away all used dishes and kitchen utensils
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- If any furniture was moved, please move it back to its original place
- Turn the A/C to 70 degrees, or turn the heat to 65 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
