We had problems getting into the Condo. When we called the phone number (for Evolve) we followed the instructions to get help, and it would tell us we didn't have a reservation and hung up. I Finally I followed the instructions for a new reservation and got a live person on the phone. They then were able to contact the owner and get the problem solved. It is disappointing that you can't talk to a live person anymore.
The rest of our stay was great. We were close enough to the Aquarium to get there easily by car. We enjoyed blowing glass at Ignis Glass Blowing.
The second day we rode our bikes on the Tennessee River Trail up to the Dam and back. We had a excellent lunch at Tony's Pasta Shop and Trattoria in the Arts District and caught the IMAX theater on the way back home. There is a Publix Grocery maybe a third of a mile away. There is a Subway, Taco Bell and Gas Station with in walking distance. There is a Veterinarian that specializes in dermatology just down the street.
We checked out by 10AM on the last day, went to see Rock City and enjoyed lunch at Massey's Kitchen.
A good visit to Chattanooga

From the owner: "Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. I'm truly sorry to hear about the trouble you had reaching a live person through Evolve. I understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after a long day of travel. I'll make sure Evolve has my direct contact information going forward to avoid any similar issues in the future. Glad the rest of your stay was enjoyable."
