- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is on the deck facing the driveway, and 1 camera is at the 2nd-floor entrance facing the outdoor entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
- Due to the property's remote location, cell service coverage may be limited before and after entering the property



PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 134 Old Church Loop Rd, Butler, TN 37640-7647
- This is a fairly remote location and if you have any questions please text or email the Guest Contact prior to your departure
- Once you are on Old Church Loop, turn onto the gravel road by the fish-shaped mailbox and abandoned white house
- Follow the gravel road until you see an open (green) gate next to a leaning barn (do not veer left). Proceed through the gate and follow this driveway to the house

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Enter the property through the rear stairs
- The property is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items (this includes the fridge)
- Place all trash in trash bags and put in the trash container located in the garage
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in the clothes hamper in the laundry room
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste 
- Please ensure all items are returned to their original location and condition  
- Turn off all electronics and appliances
- Turn off all interior lights and leave exterior lights on
- Close and lock all windows and doors (press the Schlage button)
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Dog friendly with a fee (2 dogs max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
