Good Stay
4/5 I really like the location of the lake house, the dock, parking level entry, large living space, hot tub, and comfort of the upstairs bed. The outdoor equipment and furniture need updating. The host communicated quickly when I asked a question and when the power went out the first night I was there, which was appreciated. I do think he should tell people about the damaged area of the deck from a fallen tree as to it not be a surprise when arriving. While its location is somewhat remote, there was a small restaurant close by that had very good food which was a bonus for me not to have to cook a lot. There are lots of hiking opportunities nearby and the lake water level was low but you could still enjoy the lake. I just had to be careful on the steep entry to the dock but overall a great vacation.

Lake House
4/5 This is a great location and wonderful dock set up on the lake. Home owner was very quick to respond and very accommodating. That being said there were a few issues ..... The equipment (kayaks and paddle boards) are old and in need of replacement. It is an older house that is very comfortable but could benefit from some extra attention and replacement of old shelving and kitchen gear . The pool room area cooking griddle really needs to be cleaned to eliminate the odor from past people cooking on it and not cleaning it. These are easy fixes and the attentive home owner will surely remedy these issues as they seem very willing to keep guests happy.
