  Bedrooms are small but are clean. Use of the Garage was a huge plus. House is clean.

  No extra trash bags

  Not 1 roll of toilet paper inc holder

  Lots of bugs

  A/c heater tricky to operate, no instructions

  Smoke alarm in kitchen went off when oven cooking

  Floors fairly uneven

  Bathroom window would not close

  No table in bathroom for toiletries

  Otherwise generally okay

  Hi John, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. After discussing your comments with the homeowner, they wanted to address the following:
  -We strive to provide an adequate supply of consumables, including toilet paper and trash bags. We apologize if this was not the case during your stay and will ensure that future guests have everything they need.
  -Lead is known for box-elder beetles, especially during this time of year. The property is treated by an exterminator every August to help manage the issue, but we understand this can still be frustrating.
  -The units are standard mini-split systems, and an instructional card is usually displayed on the built-in bookshelf. We apologize if this was unclear or if the card was not easily accessible.
  -While it’s great that the smoke alarm is functioning correctly, we understand it can be inconvenient if it goes off while cooking. We’ll look into the placement of the detector to ensure it’s not overly sensitive.
  -We’re sorry about the uneven floors, the bathroom window, and the lack of a table for toiletries. These are important points, and we’ll be looking into solutions to enhance the comfort and functionality of the space.
