5/5 Quiet neighborhood with plenty of space inside and around the property. Perfect location for travelers looking to visit the various surrounding state and national parks. Would love to stay here again.

Family vacation
5/5 The place was awesome it worked out perfect for six adults. We had a great time sightseeing the location was perfect for what we were doing. One of the couples was from Housten TX & just loved sitting outside at night enjoying the stars. The house was roomy for everyone to have their own privacy

5/5 I normally do not write reviews, but this place definitely warrants one. We had a group of 6 there for a week and we all thought this property was exceptional. Very clean, the kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils, two refrigerators made for easy food and drink storage (out of the coolers into the fridges). The living space inside is plentiful and comfy, but we barely used either living room because we were nearly always outside under one of the gazebos enjoying the beautiful weather we had, the scenery, and multiple deer in the yard every morning and evening. Only a couple minutes drive from Hill City, it is centrally located in the Black Hills. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.
