4/5 Great loction, clean, nice outdoor area. Plenty of room for family. However the stairs are difficult for older adults and pets. Also the dock is difficult to park your boat due to jet ski lifts on both sides and boat lift in slip.

- The listing does note that the home includes both exterior steps and a flight of stairs to access the lower-level living area, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.
- The boat slip has jet ski ramps on either side, but they do not impede parking a boat in the slip. The lift can be lowered for docking, and we’re happy to assist if guests need help operating it.

5/5 We had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s graduation. Clemson was only about 30 minutes away. The house was exactly what we needed to hold our family and it felt like a home away from home! The owner was very accommodating and made sure we could contact her or her housekeeper if we needed anything. The dock was great for hanging out and launching our paddleboards that we brought. We also enjoyed the fire pit and bbq. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

Pleasant Stay for Short Trip
5/5 We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Clemson. We wanted our family to be together in one house. This property was clean and the owner was very accommodating. Thank you for making this part of the celebration stress free.
