CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- This property is located in a gated community. To access it, please fill out this online form as soon as possible: https://keoweekeysc.com/RentersRenters will receive an invite to download the MyQ Community app once their application is processed, granting them access to the community gate via their phones. The primary guest can grant access to their guests from any location within the community. The cost for the app will be $15.00 per reservation, which will need to be paid directly to the homeowner. This fee covers up to 2 parking passes. If you are unable to complete the online form please let the homeowner know and an alternative access can be arranged
- If you are a returning renter, your previous gate pass can be re-activated at no charge but Keowee Key still needs the online form to be completed

- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is on the front porch. The code is 8003
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
