- Guests must check in at the south gate & state their names. They will receive a package that includes a sticker that lets them in and out of the gate
- The south gate address is 501 South Flagship Drive Salem, SC 29676, Phone number: 864.944.2112
- Please be sure that you navigate to the south gate entrance prior to arriving at the condo to collect the sticker

-This property is located in a gated community. All guests must provide the following information to the Guest Contact at least 72 hours prior to arrival. This information will ensure each guests gets the necessary parking sticker and access packet for their stay:
- First and Last name of each guest
- Alternate Phone Number
- Email Address
- Vehicle Information (max of 2 vehicles)
- Year, Make, Model, Color, License Plate # and State of origin (if rental - just state rental)
- Please send all of this information directly to the Guest Contact at least 72 hours before your arrival

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please ensure you have filled out and returned the HOA form at least 72 hours before arrival
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 0445
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out by 12:00 PM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
