CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
REQUIRED ACTION AT TIME OF BOOKING:
- Gate pass registration needed for entry into the community must be completed no later than 2 weeks prior to your stay. The application can be found at https://keoweekeysc.com/renters. Please include the rental owner's name 'Mary Green' and rental unit '499 Tall Ship, Unit 133' on the application. Guests will not be able to gain entry to the complex until the registration has been completed online

GATE ACCESS:
- Maximum 2 vehicles allowed
- Gate access provided via the MyQ App. Visit https://keoweekeysc.com/Renters for further information

- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be issued 2 days prior to arrival but only if the gate pass application has been received
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return the guest parking hangtag to the foyer table
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens, including any blankets, from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile on the floor
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the designated space marked 'Reserved Compact 63' closest to the building on the left. Please note the reserved space can accommodate a compact vehicle (ex. 4-door sedan)
- 1 additional vehicle can be parked in a guest space. Guest spaces don't have red reflectors on the curb. Guest spaces can also be found in the upper lot at the top of the stairs near the mailboxes

IMPORTANT PARKING INFO:
- Blue guest parking tags are required for ALL vehicles on the premises (including guest spaces). Tags can be found on the entry table within the unit
- Please be aware that parking violations are enforced and incur a fine for the vehicle owner
- No boat or trailer parking is available on-site directly at the condo, but parking and boating questions can be directed to the Keowee Key Rental Liaison, Julie, at 864.538.0282 or the Keowee Key Boating Office at 864.944.0863
