Great family trip
4/5 Overall a very nice place. Needs a bit of maintenance (kitchen faucet loose, no hot water in kitchen sink, tape holding door molding on). Pretty clean and lots of room for our group of 7. We enjoyed the location and besides those few things was a nice place.

Steps from the beach
5/5 The condo met all my expectations. It was decorated nicely and very clean. The location was wonderful. So near restaurant's and stores. Most importantly it was steps from the beach. There were beach toys and chairs already on site, so I did not have to make additional purchases. I had one small issue (no fault of the owner) and received timely communication and resolution from the owner and Evolve. My family enjoyed themselves and even though there was rain, the children spent a lot of time using the indoor pool. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation
4/5 Things started off a little rocky when we first checked in. The owner was very nice and addressed our concerns quickly. We were steps from the beach and enjoyed nights on the balcony listening to the water. Overall, It was a nice stay and we are looking to come back next year.
