Coastal Golf Resort Condo < 4 Mi to Beach!

  the property was nice enough. Misrepresentation of location of pool, grilling station, and park. You had to drive to everything. We were there one day before the neighbors upstairs started remodeling their floors. We had to leave the condo every day by 9:00 a.m. and couldn't return until 6:00 p.m. I contacted the owner and asked if they had another location that we could move to. They said we can leave the condo but would not refund any of our money. I will never book through Evolve again. Lesson learned.

  Hi Dorothy, thanks for letting us know about your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
  -"Firstly, we'd like to clarify that our property details do not mention a grill or grilling station as these are not allowed at our condo units due to safety regulations. We apologize if there was any confusion in this regard.
  -Regarding the "community pool" mentioned in our property details, we understand there may have been some assumptions made about its location and proximity to our unit. We regret any misunderstanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  -As condo owners in a gated residential community, we have limited control over when other condo owners decide to undertake renovations. Given that we own just one condo, we had no alternative accommodations to offer our guests. We communicated this to our local guest contact, and we want to emphasize that, per Evolve policy, if a guest chooses to depart our condo due to such circumstances, there would be no refund at that point.
  -We understand the frustration the guest may have experienced due to the construction noise. It's important to note that when choosing to stay in a privately owned condo, as opposed to a hotel, there is a possibility of encountering such situations beyond our control.
  Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews."

  Stayed for a week on a golf trip.Condo was perfect!And don't miss the reataurant on property....great food and wonderful staff!

  The property was perfect! We had a family member with us who has mobility issues, and this unit was perfectly situated to accommodate that! The view of the morning fog on the golf course was beautiful.

  The condo was prefect!! We are quiet people and stay to ourselves but when we travel is always good to be somewhere that offers what you are use to but a lot more!! Condo was cozy, safe, and very country like..I would def recommend this location to everyone..the rain kinda messed up activities but can’t stop Mother Nature..but going out in cold and rain and coming back to safe and comfort was the best thing ever..thank you for a wonderful experience!!
