For the most part was clean,
Has beach chairs and umbrellas, which was a plus.

Windy November… still a blast
4/5 Floors need to be cleaner. Feet black if you walked barefoot… all else was clean. Furnishings were very cheap, but perhaps understandable for a rental property? Only one dish cloth and one dish rag.
