• Pros and Cons

  This condo is super cute, the decor is relaxing and the balcony set up is perfect. The king size bed was so comfortable. We had a great time in the numerous pools and hot tubs. We had several issues with codes to get in the parking garage and into pool area from the beach, however others helped us in. Kitchen was fully equipped. At arrive we did have issues with the tv/internet but after several tries we were able to fix it. The bathtub did not drain, which caused a mess of sand and just overall, I didn’t want my kids bathing in it. My biggest frustration was not having a working dryer, I book locations with the regiment they have a washer dryer since we have two kids, When I was ready to wash towels and bathing suits, I was not happy to find and “out of order” sign on the dryer. This should have been shared when I booked. No resolution was provided for the dryer. I would not stay at this location again based on that solely due to my preferences.

However, we take it seriously when guests let us know about areas where we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
  
  - The dryer was unfortunately out of order during your stay, but a brand-new washer and dryer set has since been installed as of September 6th. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and understand how important this amenity is, especially when traveling with kids
  - The bathtub drain issue has also been addressed and resolved, and we wish we had known during your stay so we could have fixed it right away

• Beautiful weather

  Property was ok. Condo could use a fresh coat of paint, and the cleaning people should clean behind furniture as well as all the baseboards could use a deep clean. The king bed was way too soft and the sheets did not stay on the bed. The dryer was not working and the toilet kept running all the time. All in all we had a good time.

• Visually appealing, several issues

  Pros: the condo is very cute and visually appealing. It was clean and had items in the kitchen needed for cooking. Plenty of towels and washrags. The king size bed was super comfy. The living room has a Murphy bed not mentioned in the listing. The balcony is great. Fake grass rug and awesome chairs. The pool options were endless! So many different pools, hot tubs, and lazy river.

  Cons: the dryer did not work. It had an out of order sign which tells me the renter knew. This was not something we were informed of. As a family traveling, I book only locations with a washer and dryer. This was the major issue. I reached out to the contact for a resolve but had to leave a message. This issue was never resolved. The bathtub drain was clogged, not a deal breaker. The TV/internet had connection problems, but after some time we did fix this. The resort it’s self and the room could use some upgrades due to peeling paint, rusting.

  I would probably not stay in this location again solely on the issue of no notification or resolution of the out of order dryer.
