Short stay
3/5 Overall it was great but the refrigerator/freezer did not work and the living room AC did not work. Thought I had an ocean view but it wasn’t bad.

Active leak in ceiling-
1/5 We had a leak dripping from the ceiling into the hallway of our unit. Arnette, the property manager was responsive and got maintenance then a plumber to address the situation. He has been very helpful, but Evolve has not responded to this issue at all. I would like to discuss at least a partial refund but has been over 24 hours since they have been made aware with no communication. Other than that- the unit was fairly clean and did have towels. Did not see any dish soap, sponges, trash bags and would need to bring your own. I really don’t give bad reviews, but when you have water dripping from the ceiling it’s a bit of a bummer.
