  This property was conveniently located and had excellent beach access. it was clean and well cared for. The kitchen has only a two-burner stovetop and a small fridge. A small toaster oven was available in place of a microwave. The porch area was clean and well-maintained; a great place to sit and relax after a day on the beach. Two TVs and wireless access added convenience. The only reason we did not give this property 5 stars was the quality of the bedding. We are older, and the mattresses simply did not provide adequate support for us. The sofa bed in the family area was a little too firm for extended sitting. Those complaints aside, this was a good value for us.

  Perfectly adequate for me and my husband for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to the beach great deck to sit and enjoy coffee. Walking distance to lots of really good restaurants and a really large grocery store. Also walking to liquor store. Would absolutely book this again.

• Quiet and Cozy

  This is a smaller unit but was certainly room enough for my husband and I. You can step right out onto the deck and across the dunes to an uncrowded section of the beach. It's also very convenient to a large grocery store and a few restaurants, and an easy drive (about 20 minutes) to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. I would have given it a higher rating if the Guest Information had been a little better. We never did receive the correct network name and password to access the unit's WiFi, so there was no internet and no Smart TV. And on Day 3 when our ice melted we realized that the refrigerator did not operate unless you turned on a wall switch over the kitchen counter. An update to the on-site Guest Info book will really add to an otherwise enjoyable and hassle-free stay.

  The photos show that the place looks alot newer. Old appliances and needs upgrading. Knobs missing in kitchen and very old furniture. Bed makes creaking sounds when you move. Good location but for the price there are other condos in better shape that are beachfront. I stay often in Cherry Grove area.
