    Couch was terrible even the coach cover had a hole in it ., carpet stained ,, sliding deck door had no lock,,, other than that the place has potential. Pretty clean and funtional.

    Sofa was trash had 2 different seat cushions w a slip cover that had a hole in it. Square chairs has rounds cushions.. mattresses and box springs were horrible. Owners of this property should be banned from renting. After contacting the numbers I was given.. there was no satisfactory resolution. Acatually no response at all

    - You were granted an early check-in upon request, and our property manager responded to your concerns shortly after your arrival.
    - While your photos didn’t show any cleanliness issues, the team still offered a complimentary cleaning visit as a courtesy, which was declined.
    - The slipcover on the couch has been replaced since your stay.
    - We understand that furniture preferences can vary, and we’re sorry to hear that the setup didn’t meet your expectations.
    - Our team did respond, and all guest interactions are documented to ensure quality and accountability.

  • Dirty - unkept

    Would give zero stars but I have to give at least one. Unpleasent at best. Room was dirty. Appeared it was half way cleaned. Dishes were dirty, mold on vents. Walls, ceiling and doors had food stains. Clumps of dirt and hair on the floor. Microwave had food splatters. Toaster-oven was disgusting. Coffee pot still had coffee grinds in it. No lock to balcony door. Half a roll of toilet paper. Coffee filters looked to be there from 1987. Thick layer of dust on top of the fridge where the filter and one extra trash bag were. We contacted maintenance and they told us it was cleaned prior to us but they would send someone up. We did deny as I don’t want someone in our room with our property. Emailed the address listed with photographs with no response. Condo was run down compared to photographs. Would not recommend at all.

    We did not have a parking pass in the room. When I called I was told it would be delivered in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later and it still was not delivered. We were going to dinner, so I went to the Bay Watch front desk and paid 50 to get one! Before I called

Just a quick note—guests are asked to request additional parking passes prior to check-in so we can ensure a smooth experience without any disruptions. This condo is individually owned and does not coordinate with the front desk services.
    All guest services are managed through Vereen Vacation Services, and their contact information is provided both before check-in and inside the condo. To avoid unexpected charges, we kindly ask that all requests be directed to them.
    That said, summer is a busy time, and there can occasionally be delays in receiving amenities, which is why it’s especially important to coordinate any needs before arrival. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding."
