Good family location

Great golf and beach location, not on par with cleanliness.
3/5 The condo unit was located in a great recreational area. The kitchen did not have a starter pack for dish soap and the bathrooms were not cleaned upon arrival. The bed sheets were cleaned and we appreciated not having to deal with linens. We called and asked for the bathrooms to be cleaned and the owner was quick to respond and remedy the issue. The furnishings were comfortable and the amenities at the location were fun!

3/5 This place was good enough as a place to stay while visiting local family and spending time at the beach. Location was beautiful, quiet golf neighborhood with a very nice pool. The unit was very clean, but could use some attention and care from the owners. The furniture all seems to be old and in poor condition. With some updates this place could be great. Owners were kind and responsive.

Tidewater location
5/5 Nice condo, located beside the driving range. Has everything needed in the kitchen. Clubhouse is within walking distance from unit, nice place to get something to eat also.
