CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Prior to your arrival, the Guest Contact will provide the code to the keyless entry
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Return parking passes to the condo
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please turn the hot water breaker off and the water valve back to the 12:00 position
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This 2-story condo is on the 3rd floor and requires stairs to enter. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 1st floor
- The water will need to be turned on in the unit upon arrival
- The water valve is in the closet next to the laundry. It is the white valve by the wall. Move the white valve to the 3:00 position to turn on
- The red valve should stay at the 9:00 position. Adjusting this will turn the hot water off
- After turning on the water, the water heater control needs to be turned to the left/on position. This is located in the breaker box on the wall opposite the laundry

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the community parking lot
- There will be 2 parking passes in the condo upon arrival; please be sure to display them in your vehicle while parked at the property. Vehicles without a parking pass are subject to towing
- Motorcycles are not allowed in the main parking lot. They can be parked across the street in the grass
