2/5 When we went to check in the place was never cleaned before we arrived and the ac was broken. It took 3 hours for the cleaner to show up and clean. A ac technician was sent out and tried to fix the ac. They ended up sending another technician out the next day to look at it again. We had to be there both times when the technicians were there so we lost 2 days of our trip. The host did not want to give us a refund for the place not being cleaned and us having to waste 2 days of our trip waiting for ac technicians to come and go.

- The A/C was working but needed adjustments upstairs, so technicians were sent promptly on consecutive days to ensure it was cooling properly.
- We apologize for the cleaning delay; the cleaner was dispatched as quickly as possible to prepare the home.
- We regret any disruption to your trip and are reviewing procedures to prevent similar issues in the future.
